Mass Optometric Associates is seeking an ambitious and passionate Optometrist who is dedicated to providing excellent patient care. This role offers a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $183,000 annually, with up to $40,000 in bonus earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and recommend vision-enhancing solutions based on prescription findings
• Handle eye emergencies and collaborate with staff to meet patient needs
• Collaborate with OD Technicians or Clinical Specialists to provide contact lens care and fittings
• Ensure optimal eye health and vision for a lifetime

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited program
• Current license to practice optometry in Massachusetts
• Experience in providing comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Recent graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply
