We’re seeking an experienced and state-licensed Optometrist who wants to focus on the future by leading and coaching quality of care and the patient experience in our existing market — Seattle, WA. Responsibilities

• Lead the practice while helping develop other ODs into leaders.
• Perform patient examinations, recommend vision-enhancing solutions based on prescription findings, handle eye emergencies, and collaborate with staff members to help deliver our commitment to improving access to healthcare.

Requirements

• State-licensed Optometrist.
• Experience in comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages and visual and medical conditions.
• Excellent clinical and people skills.
• Strong desire to help grow the business long-term.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree from an AOA-accredited program.
• Current license to practice Optometry in Washington State.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
