Optometrist

Visionworks is seeking an ambitious and passionate Optometrist to join our team. This position offers a fresh start with a fast-growing company dedicated to helping patients see great, feel great, and look great.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations
• Recommend vision-enhancing solutions based on prescription findings
• Handle eye emergencies
• Collaborate with staff members to deliver high-quality patient care
• Provide care to patients of all ages and with various visual and medical conditions

Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice optometry in Maryland
• Experience in managing patients with complex visual and medical conditions
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
• Passion for patient care and a strong desire to grow the business

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree from an AOA-accredited program
• Current license to practice optometry in Maryland
• At least 2 years of post-graduate experience preferred

Pay

Base pay range: $59.40 - $81.68 per hour
