Beyond 2020 Vision Specialist is seeking a dedicated full-time or part-time Florida-Licensed Optometrist to join our patient-focused team. With seven locations across Florida, we specialize in a wide range of optometric services, including scleral lenses, rigid gas permeable (RGP) lenses, myopia management, glaucoma care, retina services, and primary care. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams
• Diagnose a wide range of ocular conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
• Manage primary care and ocular disease
• Deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a warm and welcoming chairside manner
• Contribute to the continued success of our Wesley Chapel practice

Requirements

• Florida Optometry license
• Strong foundation in managing primary care and ocular disease
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, compassionate, and self-starting
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
• Ability to balance high patient volume with exceptional care
• Precision and accuracy in all aspects of work

Skills

• Experience with advanced eye care technology (e.g., Marco OPD, Nidek 6100, Topcon CV 5000, Optos, iCare)
• Strong patient relationship-building
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
