Pay

Pay range: $64.90 to $84.13 an hour. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. As part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible incentives, bonuses, and/or commissions.

At CM Cummins, O.D., you’ll have access to advanced diagnostic technology, including optical coherence tomography, visual fields, retinal camera, auto-refractor, and electronic health records to manage patient care seamlessly. OD Technicians or Clinical Specialists will assist with patient work-ups, contact lens care, and fittings.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages and visual/medical conditions.
• Perform patient examinations and recommend vision-enhancing solutions based on prescription findings.
• Handle eye emergencies.
• Collaborate with staff members to help deliver our commitment to improving access to healthcare.
• Help grow the business long-term with an entrepreneurial spirit.
