Pay

Pay range: $64.90 to $84.13 an hour. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full-time optometrists are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus. As part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible incentives, bonuses, and/or commissions.

OD Technicians or Clinical Specialists will assist with patient work-ups, contact lens care, and fittings.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages and visual/medical conditions.
• Perform patient examinations and recommend vision-enhancing solutions based on prescription findings.
• Handle eye emergencies.
• Collaborate with staff members to improve access to healthcare.
• Help grow the business long-term through excellent clinical and people skills.
• Ensure optimal eye health and vision for patients through a wide range of services.
