As a leading national eye care company at the intersection of healthcare and retail, Visionworks allows optometrists to focus on patient care while handling insurance billing, credentialing, staff hiring and training, and administrative work. You’ll have access to advanced diagnostic technology, including optical coherence tomography, visual fields, retinal camera, auto-refractor, and electronic health records. OD Technicians or Clinical Specialists will assist with patient work-ups, contact lens care, and fittings.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages and visual/medical conditions.
• Perform patient examinations and recommend vision-enhancing solutions based on prescription findings.
• Handle eye emergencies.
• Collaborate with staff to improve access to healthcare and deliver on Visionworks’ commitment to patient care.

Requirements

Pay

Competitive base pay ranging from $56.65 to $77.90 per hour, plus daily incentives and up to $40,000 in additional incentives.
