Visionworks is a leading national eye care company that helps millions of patients each year through accessible and affordable quality eye care. We are currently seeking an experienced or recent graduate Optometrist to join our team in Binghamton, NY.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations
• Recommend vision-enhancing solutions based on prescription findings
• Handle eye emergencies
• Collaborate with OD Technicians or Clinical Specialists to deliver exceptional patient care
• Provide care to patients of all ages and with various visual and medical conditions

Requirements

• Current New York State license as an Optometrist
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
• Passion for providing high-quality patient care
• Commitment to growing the business long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Optometry or related field
• Experience in eye care or relevant field preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Skills

• Advanced diagnostic technology proficiency (optical coherence tomography, visual fields, retinal camera, auto-refractor, electronic health records)
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Up to $50,000 in incentives!

Pay Rate: $61.18 - $84.13 per hour
