About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Optometrist (OD) to join a well-established private practice. This is an excellent opportunity to provide full-scope optometric care in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with strong clinical support, modern technology, and outstanding work-life balance.

Position Details

• Full-Time (3-4 days per week)
• Monday-Friday schedule
• No evenings or weekends
• Shared on-call rotation with seven other Optometrists
• Office-based private practice
• One opening available

Compensation

• Guaranteed annual salary of $120,000
• 17% of net production with uncapped earning potential
• Earn whichever is greater:
• $120,000 guaranteed salary, or
• 17% of net production

Patient Population

• 25-35 patients per day
• Patients ages 3 years and older

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
• Eligible for state licensure
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
