About the role

Northwest Eye Surgeons is a well-established, multi-location ophthalmology group delivering advanced medical and surgical eye care across the Pacific Northwest. We’re known for clinical excellence, fellowship-trained surgeons, and a collaborative MD/OD culture. We’re seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our Washington team in a high-level medical optometry and surgical co-management role.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive medical eye exams
• Provide pre- and post-op cataract and glaucoma care
• Co-manage patients in a collaborative MD/OD model
• Educate patients on diagnoses and treatment plans
• Document efficiently in EMR
• Participate in CE and ongoing training

Requirements

• OD degree from an accredited program
• Washington license (or ability to obtain)
• Interest or experience in medical optometry and co-management
• Strong communicator with a patient-first mindset
• Team-oriented and clinically driven

Compensation

$135,000.00 – $200,000 base salary plus production incentives
