Requirements

• Licensed (or eligible) to practice Optometry in the state where you’ll practice

Qualifications

• Expertise in delivering full-scope primary eye care
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead and empower patients
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-focused care
• Comfortable with a range of eye care services including contact lenses, myopia management, and ocular disease

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of current optometric practices and technologies
