Requirements

• Licensed (or eligible) to practice Optometry in the state where you’ll practice

• Expertise in delivering full-scope primary eye care
• Ability to educate and empower patients on eye health and prevention
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead with compassion and build a positive, patient-first culture
• Comfortable practicing at various levels, including contact lenses, myopia management, or ocular disease
• Passion for professional growth and expanding expertise
