Requirements

• Licensed (or eligible) to practice Optometry in the state where you’ll practice

Qualifications

• Expertise in delivering full-scope primary eye care
• Ability to educate and empower patients on eye health and prevention
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead with compassion and build a positive, patient-first culture
• Comfortable practicing at various levels of expertise, including contact lenses, myopia management, and ocular disease

Skills

• Expert knowledge of optometric practices
• Effective communication and patient interaction skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
