A well-established ophthalmology practice in the Miami area is seeking an Optometrist to join its team, providing comprehensive routine, medical, and pediatric eye care alongside ophthalmologists.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive routine eye examinations and vision care.
• Diagnose and manage a variety of medical eye conditions.
• Provide pediatric eye exams and vision care for children.
• Educate patients and families regarding eye health, treatment options, and preventative care.
• Develop strong, lasting relationships with patients of all ages.
• Collaborate with ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals as part of a comprehensive eye care team.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a professional ophthalmology practice.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree.
• Current, active Optometry License.
• Experience in or a strong interest in routine vision, medical optometry, and pediatric eye care.
