About the role

Eyecarecenter, an EyeCare Partners practice, is seeking a full-time Optometrist for their High Point, NC office. The High Point office offers flexible hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye exams using the latest diagnostic tools and techniques.
• Prescribe and monitor eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids.
• Diagnose and treat various eye conditions and diseases.
• Collaborate with the medical executive board and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• A Doctor of Optometry degree from an AOA accredited program.
• Current state licensure.
• Experience in primary eye care and related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in electronic health records systems.

Skills

• Knowledge of ocular pathology and treatment options.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
