Optometrist

About the Role

We are seeking Optometrists to provide refractions, eyeglass fittings, and treatment to Military Service members in the State of Washington. This is an "as needed" position, primarily working weekends with occasional weekdays. You'll be part of a team delivering health readiness services to ensure the medical requirements of a deployable military force are met for various branches of the U.S. Military Reserves and National Guard.

Responsibilities

• Perform refractions and eyeglass fittings using equipment provided by DOCS Health.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted license/certification in the State of Washington.
• Availability for weekends and occasional weekdays.
• Passionate, friendly, and caring demeanor.
• Experience working with the military is preferred.
