Optometric Physician - Seattle

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Optometrist to join our Washington team in a high-level medical optometry and surgical co-management role.

Responsibilities

• Earn up to $200,000 with a strong production model
• Practice full-scope medical optometry in a surgical setting
• Work alongside subspecialty-trained ophthalmologists
• Perform comprehensive medical eye exams
• Provide pre- and post-op cataract and glaucoma care
• Co-manage patients in a collaborative MD/OD model
• Educate patients on diagnoses and treatment plans
• Document efficiently in EMR
• Participate in CE and ongoing training

Requirements

• OD degree from an accredited program
• Washington license (or ability to obtain)
• Interest or experience in medical optometry and co-management
• Strong communicator with a patient-first mindset
• Team-oriented and clinically driven
