Responsibilities

• Preparing exam rooms
• Sterilizing equipment
• Conducting preliminary tests on patients
• Updating medical records
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Working closely with the team to ensure smooth flow of patient appointments
• Contributing to an efficient and welcoming clinic environment

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients and team members
• Attention to detail when conducting tests and updating medical records
• Proficiency in using basic office equipment and computer skills (scheduling appointments, managing electronic medical records)
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures (beneficial)
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Previous experience in a medical setting or with eye care procedures is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
