Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain post-fabrication equipment
• Maintain production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Monitor and troubleshoot production processes to ensure quality control
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of related work experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
