Optician

Lifetime Vision Center is seeking a friendly, motivated Optician to join our team in Grand Forks, ND. Our mission is to Save Eyes & Spark Joy, and we’re looking for someone with a great positive attitude and eagerness to learn to start a career in vision care.

Responsibilities

• Help patients choose frames and lenses that fit their needs and style, building connections with patients
• Provide exceptional customer service and personalized recommendations
• Perform eyewear adjustments and minor repairs
• Maintain optical inventory and displays
• Work closely with doctors and team members to support patient care
• Cross-train in other departments for career growth

Requirements

• Optical experience is encouraged but not required; willing to train
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Professional, friendly, and dependable

Pay

Competitive hourly wage of $19–20/hour.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (no weekends).
