Responsibilities

• Help patients select eyewear that fits their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style
• Offer honest, thoughtful advice on frames and lenses to ensure satisfaction
• Meet sales goals while delivering personalized, high-quality service
• Maintain and organize eyewear inventory for a fresh and exciting selection
• Perform adjustments and minor repairs to ensure comfort and fit
• Collaborate with doctors to clarify prescriptions and support patient care

Requirements

No optical experience required—we'll train you! Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting are essential.

Qualifications

A coachable mindset and eagerness to grow in the optical field are key. Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and office priorities is also important.

Skills

A professional phone etiquette and a warm, approachable personality are highly valued.
