About the role
You will develop and deliver hands-on training for manufacturing and other departments, support performance improvement, and lead new employee orientation to enhance retention. You will act as a liaison between trainees and management to resolve training issues, oversee onboarding of new hires, and ensure compliance with procedures.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate safety training and maintain training records
- Track training hours and costs, and report on training impact through key metrics
- Conduct quality and time evaluations
- Maintain training materials and ensure facility compliance with ISO standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to SOPs to meet production goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
- Proven experience or training in a related field
- Strong organizational, planning, and interpretive skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems and machinery
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities
