Optical Systems Engineers

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement lab projects
• Learn and maintain the company's technologies
• Direct and lead the work of technical staff
• Create lab procedures and processes
• Aid in the success of Aerospace standards
• Troubleshoot any issues related to lab management
• Learn the management of DOORS and such applications in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physics or a similar field
• Previous experience in Adaptive Optics, lasers, and other related fields desirable
• Experience in applications like DOORs is preferred
• Experience with Zemax is preferred
• Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities
• Knowledge of Aerospace quality standards is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the aerospace lab environment is required

Benefits

• Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 annually
• Holidays: 9 days
