Responsibilities
- Plan and implement lab projects
- Learn and maintain the company's technologies
- Direct and lead the work of technical staff
- Create lab procedures and processes
- Aid in the success of Aerospace standards
- Troubleshoot any issues related to lab management
- Learn the management of DOORS and such applications in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Physics or a similar field
- Previous experience in Adaptive Optics, lasers, and other related fields desirable
- Experience in applications like DOORs is preferred
- Experience with Zemax is preferred
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
- Knowledge of Aerospace quality standards is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the aerospace lab environment is required

- Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 annually
