Optical Network Engineer III

Key Responsibilities

Provision new optical network equipment based on assigned revenue orders.
Manage tasks and products through the Jira system.
Participate in a potential on-call rotation every 4-5 months after the first six months.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of three years of professional experience in Optical Engineering is required.
• Experience in the telecommunications industry is necessary for this role.
• Proficiency with the following technologies and platforms is required: Ciena 6500 series, Cisco (M6 & M15), Nokia Optical Platform, Jira, BMC Remedy, and Chalk.
• Professional certifications related to Ciena, Cisco, or Nokia optical platforms are preferred.
