About the role
Electrical Integration Engineer responsible for integrating electrical subsystems into space-based payloads, ensuring compliance with space standards.
Responsibilities
- Designing cables and wire harnesses, generating system diagrams, wiring schematics, and BOMs.
- Conducting integration tests and developing test fixtures and procedures.
- Analyzing and resolving routine engineering issues using technical expertise.
- Collaborating with management, engineering, and operations to meet program goals.
- Documenting findings, communicating results, and working safely per procedures.
- Monitoring KPIs and utilizing data to improve manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or Science with 6+ years of experience, or graduate degree with 4+ years, or 10+ years of related experience without degree.
- Ability to obtain a secret or top-secret clearance.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma tools, DFM, DFA, optical systems, and NPI.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with relevant engineering software and tools.
Pay
$102,000 - $189,000 per year
