Responsibilities
- Complete qualification and stand watch in operation of the FLUX laser system
- Perform maintenance procedures per written instruction
- Conduct laboratory and field-testing using equipment such as oscilloscopes and other diagnostic tools
- Support validation and verification activities through structured test planning and documentation
- Participate in modifications of equipment design under the guidance of a project manager
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists, engineers, and technicians
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Optics and 1 years of relevant experience required
- Hands-on experience using lasers, optical alignment tooling, oscilloscopes, and electronic test equipment preferred
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python, Excel, or similar platforms) preferred
- Prior experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment preferred

- Willingness and ability to work evening shifts up to 2 times per week required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics preferred

- Compensation Range: $55,955.00 - $78,336.00
