Optical Engineer
This position is full-time, Monday – Thursday, on-site. This is not a remote or hybrid position.

Responsibilities
The Optical Engineer will be responsible for designing, testing, and optimizing optical systems for aerospace applications. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
A Master’s degree in Optical Engineering, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is required. A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in optical engineering or a related field is preferred.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in optical design software, and experience with optical testing equipment are essential. Knowledge of ITAR regulations and ability to work with sensitive hardware are also required.
Skills
Proficiency in optical design software such as Zemax, Code V, or similar tools. Experience with optical testing equipment like interferometers, autocollimators, and spectrometers.
