Ops processor

About the role

Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Processor in Consumer & Small Business Banking providing coverage for CSBB Operations. In this role, you will perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either our fulfillment teams or our warehouse and Specialty print departments.

Responsibilities

• Collect data and prepare related operational reports
• Prepare input forms for automated data processing system
• Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties
• Coordinate projects
• Furnish information to authorized persons
• Operate forklift equipment
• Perform picking tasks by use of RF device
• Manually process FedEx Shipments through Pitney Suite

Requirements

• 1+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, reach, and grasp repeatedly during an 8-hour shift
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment (e.g., warehouse)
• Ability to obtain certification and operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and order selectors

Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse software systems such as Oracle and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
• Forklift experience preferred
• Experience performing moderately dexterous tasks, such as picking product and packing, repeatedly
• Previous work in a general warehouse/fulfillment setting, working under supervision, performing tasks such as picking, shipping, loading and unloading trailers, and moving materials using manual pallet jacks and powered forklift equipment
