About the role
The Ops Coordinator - CSP position at FedEx is responsible for providing administrative support and customer service in the context of pickup and delivery and linehaul field operations.
Responsibilities
- Respond to requests and issues professionally and effectively
- Manage time, organize tasks, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate with various audiences through verbal and written means
- Analyze numerical data and written information
- Use Microsoft Office software and web-based applications
- Understand and comply with transportation regulations and DOT requirements
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred
- Administrative support, customer service, or dock operations experience preferred
Qualifications
- Customer service skills
- Time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to read, interpret, and draw conclusions from numerical data and written information
- Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications
- Knowledge of concepts, practices, procedures, and transportation regulations used in Pickup and Delivery and Linehaul field operations, including Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
