About the role

The Ops Coordinator - CSP position at FedEx is responsible for providing administrative support and customer service in the context of pickup and delivery and linehaul field operations.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to requests and issues professionally and effectively
  • Manage time, organize tasks, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate with various audiences through verbal and written means
  • Analyze numerical data and written information
  • Use Microsoft Office software and web-based applications
  • Understand and comply with transportation regulations and DOT requirements

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred
  • Administrative support, customer service, or dock operations experience preferred

Qualifications

  • Customer service skills
  • Time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read, interpret, and draw conclusions from numerical data and written information
  • Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications
  • Knowledge of concepts, practices, procedures, and transportation regulations used in Pickup and Delivery and Linehaul field operations, including Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations
