Responsibilities
- Identify, pre-qualify, and call on non-contract customers and current contract customers to increase awareness of company service offerings.
- Warm leads provided by One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating.
- No Canvassing, No Cold Calling with uncapped commissions opportunity.
- Prepare estimates and proposals.
- Follow-up on sales leads while being professionally persistent.
- Set and verify appointments.
- Able to turn quotes into sales.
- Competitive nature, active listener, problem solver, disciplined with the ability to adapt.
- Manage multiple opportunities particularly focusing on selling service agreements and new equipment.
- Prominent work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Manage technical expertise and maintain a high level of credibility.
- Recommend solutions and handle customer objectives with a total value solution and competitive advantage(s).
- Positively and credibly influence customers.
- Develop proposals and contracts for residential service agreements.
- Strong follow-up skills by both phone and email.
- Negotiate value while handling objections with solutions and closing the sale.
- Maintain a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates.
- Hit Target KPI’s
Qualifications
- 3 years of in-home sales experience.
- GED or High School Diploma required.
- Prior Selling Experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment a plus.
- Strong negotiating and handling objections skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Computer proficiency to Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Spanish a Plus.
