Responsibilities

  • Identify, pre-qualify, and call on non-contract customers and current contract customers to increase awareness of company service offerings.
  • Warm leads provided by One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating.
  • No Canvassing, No Cold Calling with uncapped commissions opportunity.
  • Prepare estimates and proposals.
  • Follow-up on sales leads while being professionally persistent.
  • Set and verify appointments.
  • Able to turn quotes into sales.
  • Competitive nature, active listener, problem solver, disciplined with the ability to adapt.
  • Manage multiple opportunities particularly focusing on selling service agreements and new equipment.
  • Prominent work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Manage technical expertise and maintain a high level of credibility.
  • Recommend solutions and handle customer objectives with a total value solution and competitive advantage(s).
  • Positively and credibly influence customers.
  • Develop proposals and contracts for residential service agreements.
  • Strong follow-up skills by both phone and email.
  • Negotiate value while handling objections with solutions and closing the sale.
  • Maintain a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates.
  • Hit Target KPI’s

Qualifications

  • 3 years of in-home sales experience.
  • GED or High School Diploma required.
  • Prior Selling Experience.
  • Knowledge of HVAC equipment a plus.
  • Strong negotiating and handling objections skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Computer proficiency to Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Spanish a Plus.
