Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between project teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and developments.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and minutes from meetings, ensuring all project information is accurately captured and accessible.
- Support the identification and tracking of project risks and issues, contributing to the development of mitigation and resolution strategies.
- Assist in the allocation of resources and the management of project schedules, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel and materials.
- Help ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Support senior project managers in client interactions, helping to understand client needs and ensuring client satisfaction with project outcomes.
- Participate in the evaluation of project management processes, suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work closely with project team members, fostering a collaborative environment and supporting the development of team skills and capabilities.
- Assist with project budget tracking, including monitoring expenditures and assisting in financial forecasting.
- Support change management activities, helping to ensure smooth implementation of changes and realization of project benefits.
- Actively pursue personal professional development opportunities, seeking to expand knowledge and skills in project management and consulting practices.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Assist in coordinating activities with vendors and contractors, ensuring their contributions align with project objectives.
- Contribute to the preparation of proposals and support the exploration of new business opportunities as directed by senior management.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Program/Project Management.
- 4+ years of experience with scope management: ability to plan, develop, and execute end-to-end project management activities across the delivery lifecycle.
- Management Consulting Experience (required).
- Strong Client Management (required).
- Strong Project and Program Status & Executive Management (required).
- Effective Communication (required).
- 3+ years of experience as FTE or Consultant at a Fortune 50 company (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience with Change Management (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience with Process Improvement (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience with Planning and Organizational skills (preferred).

- Competitive Salary: Approximately $115,000–$155,000 annually, based on a $55–$75 per hour rate.
