Program Manager, Strategic Operations
Program Leadership
Lead the end-to-end management of strategic initiatives, from concept through execution and measurement.
Strategic Planning
Collaborate with executive leadership to define program goals, KPIs, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Cross-functional Coordination
Partner with teams across product, engineering, finance, operations, marketing, and HR to ensure alignment and progress.
Change Management
Identify organizational change impacts and develop strategies to ensure smooth adoption and implementation.
Risk & Issue Management
Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep programs on track.
Communication
Deliver clear and timely updates to stakeholders and executive leadership, including status reports, dashboards, and business impact summaries.
Continuous Improvement
Recommend improvements to program frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance effectiveness and scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years of program management experience, ideally in a strategic or cross-functional capacity.
- Prominent track record of delivering large-scale, complex initiatives on time and within scope.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning, operational efficiency, and change management.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in program management tools, such as Smartsheet or Microsoft Project.
- Preferred Experience: Experience in management consulting or a corporate strategy role, familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies, ability to influence and drive decision-making across senior stakeholders, strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Pay
$120,000-$159,000 base salary with a 10% bonus.

Full-time remote role with a preference for a candidate in Rochester, NY.
