Responsibilities
- Performing retinal surgeries
- Collaborating with the existing medical staff to manage surgical volumes
- Adhering to current medical standards and guidelines
Requirements
- Board certification or board eligibility in ophthalmology
- Experience in performing retinal surgeries
- Willingness to work within the existing medical staff structure
Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of an ophthalmology residency program
- Passing scores from the American Board of Ophthalmology
Skills
- Excellent surgical skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
