About the role
We are seeking a Glaucoma Fellowship-Trained Ophthalmologist for a dual academic and private practice role. You will provide comprehensive glaucoma care in a well-established private practice setting while participating in academic activities, research, and teaching at a university affiliated with LSU.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive glaucoma care in a private practice setting
- Participate in academic activities, research, and teaching at a university affiliated with LSU
- Perform surgeries and manage a high patient volume
- Balance clinical duties with academic responsibilities
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology residency
- Fellowship training in Glaucoma (required)
- Eligible for Louisiana medical licensure
