About the role
We are seeking a fellowship-trained Glaucoma Ophthalmologist for a dual-practice role combining private practice and academic responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized glaucoma clinical care in a well-established private practice setting
- Conduct academic duties, including research, teaching, and collaboration at a university-affiliated medical school
- Perform surgeries and manage a diverse patient caseload
- Balance clinical autonomy with academic engagement
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Ophthalmology residency
- Fellowship training in Glaucoma required
- Eligibility for Louisiana medical licensure
