Responsibilities

• 60% corneal / 40% general ophthalmology mix

Qualifications

• MD/DO with fellowship training in cornea
• Board certified or board eligible in Ophthalmology
• Eligibility for California medical license
• Strong interest in long-term, collaborative practice

Pay

• Starting salary over $400,000 with annual increases
• Long-term earning potential near $500,000
• Up to $470,000 in bonuses – $220,000 sign‑on bonus and up to $250,000 toward housing
• Annual incentives of $20,000–$27,000 over time
• Salary range: $404,000 – $500,000 USD

Schedule
