Ophthalmologist - Anterior Segment (Cornea preferred)
About the role
Join a multi-service line practice in the family-friendly suburb of Morris County. Skilled team of 4 ophthalmologists, 1 optometrist, skilled administrators, scribes, technicians and surgical coordinators. Services include Retina, Cornea, Cataracts, Glaucoma, Oculoplastics, LASIK, Dry Eye, Diabetic Eye Care, Contact Lense Fitting and Primary Care Vision. See patients 40 hours a week, inclusive of surgical time. Full technician and scribe support, which adjusts based on volume. State-of-the-art equipment and technology for precise diagnostics and procedures. Mentors available to support growth in surgery and specialty.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye exams and diagnose and treat anterior segment conditions, with a preference for cornea cases.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in surgical procedures under the supervision of experienced surgeons.
- Provide education and support to patients regarding their eye health and treatment plans.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of clinical protocols and procedures.
Requirements
- Trained, licensed, board certified/eligible Anterior Segment (Cornea preferred).
- Experience in anterior segment ophthalmology is preferred but not required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passport and ability to travel to other OCLI Vision locations for training and mentorship.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited medical school.
- Pass the appropriate licensing exam.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in ophthalmology.
- Current license to practice medicine in New Jersey.

Pay
$300,000 - $400,000 base salary, plus productivity bonuses and other financial incentives.
Schedule
