Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care functions, including pre-testing for appointments and performing various diagnostic tests.
• Support providers in delivering quality patient care.
• Provide a quality optical experience to patients and guests.
• Opportunities to assist at all Emplify optometry locations including Viroqua, La Crosse, Onalaska, Tomah, Waukon, Decorah, Prairie du Chien, Black River Falls, Whitehall, Winona, Wabasha, Sparta, and Hillsboro.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or public relations experience.

Pay

Starting pay of $17.93/hour, with additional compensation for experience.

Schedule

Work 36 hours each week, Monday–Friday, days (no weekends or holidays).
