Opex Training Lead

About the role

The Operational Excellence Training Lead is a key department position that contributes to the achievement of the company's objectives by making sure that employees get the right training to succeed, helping the company grow through learning and development. This role is responsible for supporting company initiatives and EPIC values in the areas of safety, employee engagement, employee retention, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Planning, creating, and deploying training programs that help employees develop the knowledge and skills they need for their jobs.
• Working closely with different teams and leaders to determine what training is needed.
• Designing relevant programs based on identified training needs.
• Scheduling and organizing training sessions.
• Ensuring everything is running smoothly with training delivery and operations.
• Performing minor content updates on training materials.
• Working with the Instructional Designer/Developer for more extensive revisions.
