OPEX Manager

About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to meet customer needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
• Collaborate with product development, engineering, and marketing teams to design and deliver high-quality products.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new product development.
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams on product features and functionality.
• Stay current with industry developments and emerging technologies relevant to your area of expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development or product management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++.
