Operator, Relief - 2nd shift

Lassonde Pappas & Company, Inc. · Seabrook, NJ · 1 mo ago
Management$26.9/hrFull-time
We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real content. The posting includes: - Position Summary: includes location, reporting, ability to operate equipment, fast-paced, starting hourly rate $26.90/hr, shift differentials, medical insurance via Local Union 152. So we have Pay (starting rate, shift differentials) and Benefits (medical insurance). Also maybe Schedule? Not explicitly schedule but shift differentials mention 2nd and 3rd shift. Could infer schedule but not explicit. We should not create Schedule unless posting states it. It mentions shift differentials but not schedule details. Probably we should not create Schedule section. - Responsibilities: list many items under PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES. So we need Responsibilities section with ul li. - Education And Experience: Minimum Required Qualifications and Additional Preferred Qualifications. That could be Requirements or Qualifications. We need to decide headings: maybe "Requirements" for minimum qualifications, "Qualifications" for preferred? Or combine. The instruction: use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can choose appropriate. We have "Education And Experience" with Minimum Required Qualifications and Additional Preferred Qualifications. Could map to Requirements (minimum) and Qualifications (preferred). Also Skills maybe from "Ability to ..." but those are also qualifications. Could put skills under Skills section: e.g., "Ability to run whalon, filler, labeler, case packer and line driver." etc. But we can also include them in Qualifications. We need to preserve all substantive info. Not repeat job title. Not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's extract content: Position Summary (we can treat as About the role). Content: "The Relief Operator reports to the Production Supervisor and is based out of our Seabrook, New Jersey location. This individual must be able to proficiently operate all line equipment at a grade 8 level. The employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail through many changes." Then Pay: "The starting hourly rate for this position is $26.90/hr. 2nd shift is eligible for a $0.35/hr shift differential. 3rd shift is eligible for a $0.45/hr shift differential." Benefits: "Medical insurance will be offered through the Local Union 152" Responsibilities: list items: - Coverage to run filler, labeler, case packer, and line driver in the absence of standard operators. - Complete quality checks - Knows the purpose and proper operation of all safety switches, interlocks, and safety devices - Can properly start and stop the machinery - Understands and can properly operate all machine controls: mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic - Proficient at performing product cuts - Enters changes into the Marsh coder and Videojet - Keeps the work area clean and free of debris and keeps the waste corrugated and stacked neatly in the waste cart - Clears jams and resets the machinery - Safely operates the electric pallet jack and is forklift-certified - Assists maintenance in size changeovers as necessary - Fills out all needed documentation and performs first-piece inspections - Coordinates with the operators so the correct boxes are available to the case packer - Proficient in operating all line equipment - Maintains awareness of all safety procedures - Performs other related duties as required and assigned Education And Experience Minimum Required Qualifications: - A high school diploma or equivalent - Can properly fill out all required documentation - Has successfully completed machine operator training on all pieces of equipment - Capable of adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing - Successfully complete and maintain the Lassonde Pappas Forklift - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Detailed oriented and can multi-task Additional Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in the food/beverage industry - Previous experience in Manufacturing or production environment - Ability to direct, coach and train others. - Consultative, influential, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions: This is also substantive. Could be a section maybe "Requirements" or "Working Conditions". But we have headings list includes Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical requirements could go under Requirements or maybe a separate section not in list but we should only use those headings. Could incorporate into Requirements (maybe as part of Requirements). However the instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., meaning those are examples, not exclusive? It says use those for section headings. Likely we should stick to those headings. Physical requirements could be placed under Requirements (maybe as part of Requirements). But we already have Requirements for minimum qualifications. Could combine. We could have sections: - About the role (position summary) - Responsibilities - Requirements (minimum qualifications + physical requirements) - Qualifications (preferred qualifications) - Benefits - Pay We might also include Skills if we want to separate abilities like "Ability to run whalon, filler, labeler, case packer and line driver." but those are in responsibilities. Could put under Skills but we already have responsibilities covering many skills. Might be redundant. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's include physical requirements under Requirements. Let's craft HTML:

We should not include Schedule section. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not included boilerplate. Make sure we didn't miss any substantive info: The position summary also mentions "based out of our Seabrook, New Jersey location." included. "must be able to proficiently operate all line equipment at a grade 8 level." included. "fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail through many changes." included. Responsibilities: we captured all bullet points. Education And Experience: we captured minimum required qualifications and added physical requirements. Preferred qualifications captured. We didn't include "Ability to run whalon, filler, labeler, case packer and line driver." and "Ability to complete all quality checks." Those are similar to responsibilities but we have responsibilities covering run filler, labeler, case packer, line driver (coverage). Also quality checks. So fine. We didn't include "Ability to direct, coach and train others." we have under Qualifications. We didn't include "Consultative, influential, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills." we have. We didn't include "Experience in the food/beverage industry" we have. We didn't include "Previous experience in Manufacturing or production environment" we have. We didn't include "Ability to run whalon, filler, labeler, case packer and line driver." but we have coverage to run filler, labeler, case packer, line driver. That's similar. We didn't include "Ability to complete all quality checks." we have "Complete quality checks". Good. We didn't include "Ability to properly fill out all required documentation" we have under Requirements. We didn't include "Has successfully completed machine operator training on all pieces of equipment" we have. We didn't include "Capable of adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing" we have.
