About the role

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Operator Production L3 in our plant in Tangier Logistics Hub, Morocco.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform quality checks on produced items
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of related work experience in manufacturing or similar field
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and follow blueprints
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Basic knowledge of computer operations

Skills

• Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes
• Understanding of safety protocols
