Responsibilities
- Maintains safe work practices at all times and participates in safety programs.
- Makes sure line flow rates are optimal and adjusts vibrators for best performance.
- Orders packaging materials as needed and ensures bag weights meet quality standards.
- Monitors bagger operations, notifies team leaders of issues, and changes tape and wires.
- Adjusts dyna-packs for different fibers and supplies COPs with fiber.
- Maintains case settler and sealer operations, ensuring proper settings and sanitation.
- Monitors ink-jet coders, programs correct codes, and ensures clear visibility.
- Maintains cleanliness of packaging area, records machine efficiencies, and completes CILs.
- Troubleshoots equipment, identifies and resolves problems, and instructs employees on tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write basic forms.
- Basic math skills for computations and problem-solving.
- Reasonable physical capabilities to stand, walk, lift, and work in various environments.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors.
Skills
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay
The pay rate for this role is approximately $26.75 per hour.
Schedule
This role is full-time and operates on a standard 8-hour shift schedule.
