About the role

Stranger Soccer is expanding globally and seeks an Operator & License Owner to launch, manage, and grow its football platform in Boston. This entrepreneurial role lets you build and operate a local football operation while leveraging the systems, expertise, and support of the Singapore headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch and grow Stranger Soccer in Boston.
• Build partnerships with football venues and secure quality playing locations.
• Recruit, coordinate, and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and expand the community.
• Oversee game operations and deliver an outstanding player experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve and expand the local operation.
• Utilize support from Singapore headquarters, including a technology platform for app, payments, and operations; proven operating systems and processes; and ongoing guidance across operations, marketing, and growth.
