About the role

At Stranger Soccer, we're expanding our unique football experience platform to new cities and are looking for a License Owner / Operator in Boston to take the reins. This role is designed for individuals who understand football culture, thrive on building something meaningful, and are ready to own and operate their own venture with the support of a proven global brand.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations including scheduling, player management, and facility coordination
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow the football community in Boston
• Recruit and manage a team of coaches and volunteers
• Ensure every game delivers a consistent, high-quality experience
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations
• Collaborate with the HQ team to implement best practices and improve the football experience

Requirements

• Strong local insight into football culture and community dynamics
• Strategic thinking and leadership skills
• Experience in business or entrepreneurship
• Ability to operate independently with full support from HQ
• Passion for football and a desire to make a difference

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in sports management or event planning
• Understanding of digital marketing and social media
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
