Safely Sets Up, Operates, and Monitors Machinery

• Performs setup for production runs, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and calibrating equipment.
• Maintains proper operation of machinery during production processes.
• Monitors production process, inspects materials and equipment, and performs quality checks.
• Ensures compliance with quality standards and production quotas.

Operational Support and Training

• Trains and guides machine assistants and new crew members.
• Ensures machinery and surrounding areas are organized and maintained according to housekeeping and safety guidelines.

Documentation and Communication

• Completes necessary documentation for internal and external use.
• Collaborates with other departments and team members to coordinate production activities and address issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; GED preferred.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
• No leadership responsibilities.
• Maintains strict confidentiality and protects sensitive information.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentations).
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
