Operator II, Yellow Nights

About the role

The Operator II role at the Manawa location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant.

Responsibilities

• Inspect material, products, and containers at each step of packaging process
• Load raw materials and packaging into machines
• Record production data, review records and specifications, complete all necessary paperwork
• Set up machines for production runs and make adjustments
• Perform deep cleans and changeovers
• Complete quality checks

Requirements

This full-time role pays $26.81 per hour + $1.50 shift premium, on our Yellow Nights 2-2-3 schedule. Hours are 4:45 pm-5:00am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Skills

• Good physical stamina and dexterity
• Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Strong organizational skills
