Responsibilities
- Prepare machines for production programs by tooling and parametrization based on work order information.
- Monitor and adjust production status during and between sequences, addressing deviations promptly.
- Operate and inspect machines, identifying defects and following established procedures.
- Support maintenance activities, including repairs, preventive measures, and inspections.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions and communicate clearly in English.
- Proficiency in operating medium-complex machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- Good visual acuity.
- The ability to lift medium-heavy objects if necessary.
Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience using power tools.
Preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with power tools.
- Ability to read blueprints.
