Operator II - VS3 - 2nd Shift

About the role

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for production programs by tooling and parametrization based on work order information.
• Monitor and adjust production status during and between sequences, addressing deviations promptly.
• Operate and inspect machines, identifying defects and following established procedures.
• Support maintenance activities, including repairs, preventive measures, and inspections.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions and communicate clearly in English.
• Proficiency in operating medium-complex machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Good visual acuity.
• The ability to lift medium-heavy objects if necessary.

Qualifications

• At least one (1) year of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience using power tools.

Preferred

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints.
