Operator II - Packaging Technician II

Responsibilities

• Handle complex manual or operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient processes
• Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment
• Manage resources and schedules to meet specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis
• Monitor output quality to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products
• Make minor decisions within task scope, requiring technical skills and problem-solving
• Review work orders, schedule resources, and monitor operations to align with business objectives to drive excellence
• Adhere to GxP regulations by following SOPs, maintaining documentation, ensuring quality control, and completing training
• Commit to regulatory compliance, meet individual job requirements, and contribute to organizational compliance and continuous improvement

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• Onsite location in Fort Worth, TX
• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30am-3:00pm
• No relocation or sponsorship provided
