Responsibilities
- Inspect, clean, load commodities, set up, perform size changeovers, and operate the batch.
- Perform minor to moderate maintenance and preventative maintenance of production lines.
- Master set-up of Inspection Machine (IM) and Packaging Equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with Inspection Machine and Packaging robots, case labeler, leaflet machine, and case taper.
- Solve problems by identifying issues, developing solutions, and executing corrections while adhering to all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Review batch records and logbooks for accuracy and alignment with Good Documentation Practice standards.
- Document work accurately and promptly in batch records and logbooks.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), and safety requirements.
- Train Packaging Operators III on shadow basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- A high degree of training and experience in bag packaging operations.
- Ability to work under moderate supervision and follow strict procedures and regulations.
- Proficiency in operating advanced Human Machine Interface (HMI) applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues, develop solutions, and execute corrections.
- Knowledge of Good Documentation Practice standards and ability to document work accurately.
- Experience with troubleshooting ITD for Inspection Machines and Packaging robots.
- Understanding of Health, Safety, Environment, Energy, and Quality Management Systems.

Pay and Schedule
Hourly range: $15.58 - $22.99. Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
